Lake Louise

On Saturday I made the drive along the Trans Canadian Highway which has to be one of the most beautiful drives on the planet. The road was good and I made it into Banff in time for dinner (Tony Romas – not sure I spelt that right).

I’ve got some old snowboarding buddies who live in Banff (yes they are Aussies) so I’m crashing on their couch. All str8 boys unfortunately so won’t be as much naughty fun as I had in British Columbia but I’ll still speedo it up in their outdoor hottub.

Today I got some turns in up at Lake Louise and depending on the weather I might board at Sunshine Resort tomorrow where one of the guys in the house works.

Yesterday I had a sleep in and went for a walk around town and caught the gondola up to the hot springs – still just clorinated water and not really a spring but was nice to have a dip (no speedos – I boardshorted it up).

Anal Beads

With four guys living under one room (although it is a really nice house) things aren’t super tidy. Last night we had a BBQ to celebrate Australia Day. We had some friends who were in town over – mostly str8 people but they know who they are hanging out with.

A funny thing happened during the evening – it was later and everyone was having a good time. One of the girls who was there came out of the bathroom with one of the guys anal beads around her neck. She had absolutely no idea what they were and she thought she was funny saying it wasn’t Marti-Gras yet…..

Wooops.

It went down really well though and everyone had a laugh about it.

Needless to say, those anal beads were used in the hottub later that evening (unfortunately the girl who didn’t know what they were wasn’t there – I would have volunteered to teach her they work).

Tomorrow morning I’m off early for the 7hr drive to Banff. I’ve driven this road before and it is gorgeous!!!

Australia Day

So I’m in the middle of the Canadian Monashee Mountains, in a ski town full of Aussie’s but living in a house with 3 Canadian guys…..

Sounds like the start of a joke…. or a porno movie.

Snowboarding wise it is pretty windy and cold out there today but we are hosting an Aussie BBQ at the house tonight (no, there will not be ‘shrimp on the barbie‘). Will be the four of us and a few people I know from town. If things move to the hottub we’ll have to keep the Aussie tradition going and make it speedos only of course.

Hope everyone back home enjoyed the day and I think on Saturday I’m going to head east to Banff (was going to go tomorrow but there is a slight chance I’ll be hungover… only slight chance).

Memories

It has been funny being back here in this Canadian ski town.

It was here in May 2005 that I had an amazing threesome with my roommate and his girlfriend. That threesome involved both of us guys in speedos, the girl in a bikini and all three of us in a steamroom. The experience made such an impression on me that I began my first blog – AussieSpeedoGuy.net.

I just wanted to share my experience, obviously I couldn’t share it with any of my friends or family so I started writing it down. Then a friend of mine that I used to do some graphic design work with told me about her blog. I checked it out, asked her some questions and here I am.

She did happen to give me some awesome advice:

Use WordPress as the blog software and
Host it yourself.

I can’t believe how beneficial those two pieces of advice have been. WordPress has been amazing and I’ve used it since day 1. It means that I have every blog post from my very first one still online and available. And the hosting of the blog myself has worked out. I can’t keep count of the number of blogs that have been shut down by free blog hosts.

Perhaps I’m wandering here – I saw these pics today on another bisexual blog and although this is in a hottub (my threesome was in a steamroom) it did bring back some immediate memories….
