Bit of a grey old start to New Years Eve here in Australia.
Not a whole lot planned here today, I think I’ll spend the morning working, have an afternoon nap then going to one of my friends parents house for dinner and bring in the New Year. I can walk from their place but lots of old people so don’t see it being a big night.
I don’t think I’ll get a New Years kiss unfortunately. Maybe next year – haha.
Does anyone have any big plans?
I’ll get stuck into some work, if you joined the SpeedoForum.org lately, I will get to activating your account now. At least I can sit around working in my speedos….. wearing my Portsea’s right now.
Sunday morning here in Australia and I’m back into the routine… the routine of getting up early (even with a hangover) and going for an early Sunday morning surf with the boys.
What a glorious morning it is as well!!!
Today I wore white speedos under my wetsuit and I only wish that the white speedos was all that I was wearing while surfing. I’m sure most of you guys know the liberating feeling of wearing ONLY speedos. I get that exhilarating feeling in hottubs and stuff BUT the other day when I went for a run and stripped down to my red speedos on the beach… that is something amazing.
Maybe I’m crazy but let me know (leave a comment) if you agree with me.
OK, I have a full days work ahead of me. The Swannies (Sydney Swans AFL team) are playing later today so I’m getting we’ll be BBQ’ing. I love being on holidays but it is nice to be back.
I had a great time in Colorado with Kip but I tell you what guys, I am loving being back on the beach!!!
This morning the pics below are exactly what I did (unfortunately I don’t spend anytime at the gym so I don’t look like this guy). Pretty much every day I get into the ocean, even in winter or on rainy days.
If you are ever walking along the Terrigal beach and see a strapping guy wearing speedos walking down to the water…. it might be me, odds are it is probably me since not a whole lot of guys my age wear speedos unless we are swimming or surf life saving.
Mine, ow lordy, lord. I’m not sure there is any alcohol left on the Central NSW Coast after what we did over the weekend.
Nothing too naughty but we did party pretty hard celebrating Alex’s new found bachelorhood. Saturday started off awesome as well with the Wallabies spanking the All Blacks (rugby between Australia and New Zealand). That put everyone in a good mood and some of the guys that were over watching it weren’t intending on going out but decided to. We all rocked on down to the Beery (beer garden) and pretty much shut the place down. Two of the boys were asked to leave due to their level of intoxication.
Most of us made it to closing, then loitered in the streets for a while, grabbed a kebab, then grabbed a second kebab, then walked down the beach to my place. Nothing naughty with Alex since there were a few of the other boys crashing.
Sunday morning we did manage to go for a surf which was probably the best thing we could have ever done. Then we pretty much just chilled out, the barbie (bbq/grill) was on all day and then even ordered some Godfathers Pizza. Yesterday I kind of just slept a bunch and cleaned up the house, today I woke up feeling fantastic and I’ve been super productive.
I’ll talk more about Alex later this week if you guys are interested in what happened.
Anyway, time for some speedo eye candy.
Which of these speedos do you like better? Yellow?
